Sustainable flowers meets
Rock & Roll
Naturally wild
I have a rebellious and loving heart, with a passion for music and nature.
It is in this free spirit of expression that I approach my floristry and work.
I always strive to convey the independent, wild side of nature with my flowers, by using scented, seasonal, sustainable flowers; preferably grown here in the UK, without chemicals.
I believe that we should be the change we need to see in the world, and this is the ethos which embodies my work.
Sustainable roots
I don’t want to do things the way they have always been done; I feel strongly that it’s our duty to shake up the status quo, and that our planet needs our care.
This doesn’t mean compromising on style or luxury, but we do need to change where we buy from, as well as how we make, transport, grow and dispose things.
I believe that if we can all make small sustainable changes in our daily life, it WILL have an impact and do some good.
I work as sustainably and ethically as I can. I use hand-dyed silk and velvet ribbons made by local makers here in the UK, using traditional methods and natural dyes.
All of my packaging is recyclable or biodegradable, and I compost whatever waste I can. I do not use floral foam or single-use plastics in my work.
If you have any suggestions or improvements I can make in this regard, please let me know, as I am always wanting to learn and embrace new methods and ideas!
All nationwide deliveries of beautiful ethical flowers are made via a Carbon Neutral Delivery Courier, and local deliveries are by made by me personally wherever I can, or by a local bike courier.
Back to nature
I donate a percentage of my profits to various bee conservation charities, as well as to the Woodland Trust.
I am a volunteer at my local woodlands here in London, helping out wherever I can with my partner Richard, who is a Head Gardener and Botanist by trade.
Richard sometimes gives walks/talks on the flora and fauna around us… especially trees, wildflowers and weeds!
As you can tell we LOVE our natural flowers, and hope to bring some flower power to you too!
